Hi, I’m Chelsea and I’ve worked in the world of Wellness for over a decade.
I am a Chopra Certified Ayurvedic Health Guide, Meditation Teacher and Well-Being Coach. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher.
I offer a very personalized one-to-one program that guides you toward your path to optimal wellness. I will be your wing-woman as you strengthen your personal power and return to your natural state of health, joy and inner peace.
Together, we will co-create a recipe of mindful practices that help you manage stress, improve sleep, increase energy, and ultimately discover who you truly are and what you really want.
I utilize four powerful wellness systems in my daily life to optimize my health. We all can benefit from these systems when they are incorporated into our day-to-day routine; we achieve balance while nourishing mind, body and spirit. The trick is to make it fun and not to take ourselves too seriously. Work, play, and exercise, can begin to blend into one. We can feel joy within all of it, movement, diet, relationships, life!
These fundamental health systems include Coaching, Meditation, Movement and Ayurveda.
