Mindful movement practices connect you to your body, breath, heart and spirit.
When we move our bodies we release energy and toxins, helping us to feel stronger and more powerful.
A complete movement practice consists of three things: cardio, strength, and flexibility. I believe we should have a daily movement practice and that the most effective way to do that is by finding exercise that you enjoy.
I am a certified personal trainer and a yoga instructor and have designed classes and programs for a range of individuals and organizations over the course of my career.
As your movement coach we will create a personal program that works best for you – and only you!
