Wellbeing is a practice
I grew up in Australia and moved to New York in my early 20s. I found a well paying corporate job in Manhattan and began my adult life. It didn’t take long for me to realize I was unfulfilled in my work. Along the way, I fell in love with my now husband, who asked me a very powerful question – “Why did I move all the way around the world? What was it that I truly wanted to do with my life?” And so it began – my journey into the world of wellness. I knew I wanted to connect with people, I knew I wanted to help people – emotionally, physically and spiritually. What I have learned is that well-being is a practice – a daily practice that works for you.
I’ve prioritized the people, places, and things that I love: my time is spent between Brooklyn, NY and Long Beach Island, NJ. I love what I do. I spend time with my dog, I travel, I run. I love the energy of the city and the calm of the beach. I find joy in eating delicious food, drinking great wine, and having impromptu dance parties.
I have a daily practice that helps keep me aligned with my purpose, in the present moment, and grateful for this life that I have been given. I would love to support you in doing the same.
